Grant Alexander Announces the Creation of Grant Alexander Digital & Technology

Paris, November 8, 2022 – Grant Alexander, a consulting and human resources services group, is establishing a new entity, Grant Alexander Digital & Technology, in order to address recruitment needs in this ecosystem. To this end, the group welcomes Christophe de Bueil as Managing Director of this new subsidiary.

A Holistic Approach Serving Organizations Facing Major Transformation Challenges

To adapt to an increasingly complex context, organizations must transform their business models and face real challenges at the level of their human resources. They are particularly confronted with strong recruitment issues. Many jobs are indeed in high demand or are being created within companies, with an increasingly scarce candidate market, in sectors such as e-commerce, data, and more broadly across all C-Level positions.

For over 30 years, Grant Alexander has provided its expertise in HR consulting and services to mid-sized and large groups, assisting them with their HR transformation topics, notably in recruitment and the development of their executives. With the creation of its “Digital & Technology” subsidiary, intended to operate in France and Europe, the group supports both traditional companies wishing to accelerate their digital and technological transition and all players whose core activity is intrinsically Digital or Tech (Software, Scale-ups, etc.) in C-Level recruitments and, most often, to support their hyper-growth (VP Sales, Country Managers, GM EMEA, etc.).

The new subsidiary provides companies with an unprecedented market offering based on two major pillars: the search for “middle-top” and “executive search” profiles, and especially organizational consulting upstream of these recruitments, crucial to define a roadmap and propose a strategy serving the organization’s business efficiency in the medium and long term.

A Strategic Axis for the Group

The development of this entity will be led by Christophe de Bueil as Managing Director. Christophe began his career in 2009 at Blue Search Conseil as a Consultant in digital professions. In 2011, he joined Robert Half to create and develop a brand-new activity dedicated to the digital transformation of organizations and the support of start-ups in France and internationally. After a first period between 2018 and 2020 at Grant Alexander, he was also one of the leaders in France of the “Global Technology Services” activity for two years at Heidrick & Struggles. Christophe holds a Master’s degree in International Business from ESSCA.

“We are delighted that Christophe has joined us to create a true pure player in the Digital and Tech market. I am very happy that the group we are today and our development prospects encouraged him to embark once again on our beautiful adventure! Grant Alexander Digital & Technology is a key element in the group’s growth strategy and will allow us to respond both to the needs of Start-ups and Scale-ups and to historical players who are digitizing. With this new subsidiary, we can hope to continue on an annual growth pace of over 20%!” says Henri Vidalinc, President of Grant Alexander.
