Exclusive study – The aspirations of leaders for 2023…

Partner of the performance of organizations and their leaders, the HR consulting and services group Grant Alexander shares the results of an exclusive study intended to evaluate the morale of leaders for 2023.

A real need for leaders to make their practices evolve.
In this momentum of optimism, leaders want to drive new dynamics in their work. Leaders wish to give another shade to their activity, notably by elevating it and detaching themselves from the more practical aspects. Thus, 62% aspire to projects of the skills patronage type, more than a quarter planning to look into it seriously in 2023 (28% of yes, certainly). 22% of leaders testify to their need to take a step back from operations and could probably join the Supervisory Board.
Other wishes emerge, notably linked with HR issues at the heart of current and future challenges: one of the priorities for more than one leader out of three is to get support to better manage the new modes of relationship with their employees (35%). These new modes of relationship could also constitute levers of loyalty thereafter.
