BOOST and Grant Alexander Suisse join forces to serve Switzerland’s sports industry

Geneva, 5 November 2026 – The sports-focused HR solutions firm and the Swiss arm of the HR consulting group are launching a joint executive search offering for federations, clubs and sports brands across all three of Switzerland’s language regions.

A single point of access to leadership recruitment in sport

BOOST, the HR solutions firm dedicated to the sports and outdoor industries, and Grant Alexander Suisse, the Swiss arm of the Grant Alexander Group, are joining forces to strengthen executive search for the sports industry in Switzerland. Operating under the “BOOST x Grant Alexander” banner, the alliance gives sports organisations a single point of access to specialised leadership recruitment, combining sector expertise, international reach and local presence in Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg and Zurich.

Switzerland: a global sporting hub with distinctive needs

The rationale lies in the market itself. Switzerland is a global sporting hub, home to some 50 international sports federations and organisations, alongside a dense ecosystem of rightsholders, brands and agencies.
