Sébastien Duval

A graduate of IAE Lille (Master’s in Accounting, Control & Audit), Sébastien began his career at an accounting and audit firm, where he developed strong expertise in accounting, auditing, and advisory services for a portfolio of SMEs.

He then moved into general management, administrative and financial leadership, and operations roles, building over ten years of experience in high-stakes environments and diverse contexts, ranging from restructuring to hypergrowth.

An interim manager since 2023, he supports companies undergoing structuring, transformation, or turnaround phases. He leads transformation initiatives, change management projects, and the recovery of underperforming business units across various sectors, including construction, luxury real estate, textiles, and pharmaceutical logistics.

In 2026, he joined the Grant Alexander group as an Associate Director within the Executive Interim practice.
