Julien Epin

With over 15 years of experience in operations management, sales leadership, and general management, Julien has worked in high-stakes environments in France and internationally, particularly in consulting, digital services, technology, and innovation.

He began his career as a consultant at a recruitment firm in Dublin, before specializing in the banking and finance sector within an executive search firm. In 2008, he went on to found his own firm.

He later moved into operational and commercial roles within digital services and consulting companies, holding positions in operations and sales leadership, where he contributed to business growth in both expansion and transformation contexts.

In 2021, he co-founded a marketplace specializing in the sale of assets from judicial liquidations and business acquisitions, where he led structuring and development as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Sales.

An interim manager since 2023, he supports startups, scale-ups, and mid-sized companies through phases of growth, structuring, and organizational transformation.

A graduate of ISG and holder of two master’s degrees obtained in the United States and Japan, he joined the Grant Alexander group in 2026 as Associate Director within the Executive Interim practice.
