Grant Alexander Switzerland strengthens its Executive Search expertise with the appointment of Anne-Sophie Nicolaï

Geneva, January 15, 2026 – Grant Alexander Switzerland announces the appointment of Anne-Sophie Nicolaï as Senior Consultant, with the aim of accelerating the development of its Executive Search activities, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors, across Switzerland.

A recognised expert in executive recruitment within healthcare

With more than 20 years of experience in executive search within life sciences and healthcare at local, EMEA and global levels, Anne-Sophie Nicolaï has built a strong professional career serving highly demanding environments, including medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, working with large multinational groups, mid-sized companies and start-ups alike.

She began her career in executive search firms as a Researcher, specialising in sourcing expert profiles, and quickly progressed to a Consultant role with a dedicated focus on healthcare.
In 2008, she co-founded Strammer, an international executive search consultancy dedicated to the healthcare sector, and in 2010 opened the Geneva office. There, she developed a comprehensive approach covering all functions, including general management, sales and marketing, as well as medical expertise, R&D and regulatory affairs.

In 2021, she joined Morgan Philips Group as Life Sciences Director in Geneva, and was appointed Managing Director Switzerland in 2024.

Anne-Sophie Nicolaï holds a Master’s degree in Law (University of Rennes) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources (ISG Business School).

Greater proximity to clients

Based in Geneva, Anne-Sophie Nicolaï will operate across the entire Swiss territory, working closely with Grant Alexander Group teams to address the increasingly complex challenges faced by organisations and their needs in recruiting executives, experts and rare profiles.
