Grant Alexander Switzerland Opens an Office in Zurich

Geneva, 4 December 2025 – As part of its growth strategy in Switzerland, Grant Alexander is expanding into German-speaking Switzerland with the opening of a new office in Zurich, and welcomes Daniele Ferrara as Senior Consultant to develop the Group’s executive search and interim management activities.

A Growth Strategy Backed by Long-standing Expertise

With the 2024 acquisition of futura21, a recognised HR consulting and executive coaching firm in Switzerland, Grant Alexander has enhanced its expertise in leadership development and change management. This merger also provided the Group with strong foundations in Lausanne, Geneva and Fribourg, enabling its establishment and the delivery of its full range of multi-specialist advisory services to companies and executives across French-speaking Switzerland.

The Group is now accelerating its development in Switzerland with the opening of an office in Zurich. This strategic step into German-speaking Switzerland strengthens its presence across the entire Swiss market and brings it closer to its clients, whom it s

upports on all recruitment, development and transformation topics through its expertise in Executive Search, Executive Interim, Leadership Advisory and Value Creation.
This expansion also consolidates Grant Alexander’s position within the global InterSearch network, for which it is now the exclusive member for France and Switzerland. From Zurich, the Group will benefit from a stronger connection with German and Austrian partners, creating a natural bridge to support companies throughout the DACH region.

A Strengthened Team

Daniele Ferrara joins Grant Alexander Switzerland as Senior Consultant. He will be responsible for developing executive recruitment — via direct search or interim solutions — in the Zurich region, working closely with Romain Buob, Managing Director of Grant Alexander Switzerland, and the Group’s teams.
With more than 20 years of experience in recruitment, interim management and HR consulting, Daniele Ferrara has built his career between Zurich, Basel and Zug within leading organisations such as Michael Page International and AMINA Bank AG. He has also led several entities specialised in HR consulting.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Basel and works in five languages.

“The opening of this office in Zurich, the country’s economic capital, reflects our commitment to offering our Swiss and international clients even greater proximity, as well as comprehensive and consistent support across the entire territory. The labour market is on the brink of major structural changes, and we are delighted to welcome Daniele, whose deep understanding of the German-speaking Swiss ecosystem and expertise in Executive Search and Interim Management represent true strategic assets in meeting the evolving needs of executives and organisations,” says Romain Buob, Managing Director of Grant Alexander Switzerland.
