Marc Conçu

Marc has over thirty years’ experience in consulting and business development, dedicated to supporting organisational transformation. He began his career as a Sales Director in France and internationally, notably within companies in the telecommunications, technology consulting and digital services sectors. He subsequently held senior management and business development positions within international consulting and digital services groups, where he built long-term relationships with major clients and supported them in their digital and organisational transformation projects.

In 2020, he joined a leading interim management firm as a Partner, heading the Transformation & Digitalisation practice, where he contributed to developing the business in areas such as change management and operational performance.
A graduate of ESC Clermont School of Business, Marc also serves on its board. He additionally holds an MBA from IFG Executive Education and is a member of APIA.

In 2025, he joined the Grant Alexander group’s Executive Interim practice as an Associate Director.
