Sania Pouget

Holding a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Consulting from NEOMA Business School, Sania began her career in 2001 at a major organization and management consulting firm, within the Financial Services practice. For 15 years, she supported major financial institutions in France and abroad with their strategic transformation programs — reorganization, post-merger integration, cost reduction, and outsourcing — in multicultural environments.

In 2016, she founded Humansense, a consulting firm specializing in Executive Search, executive coaching, and leadership training. There, she developed an approach focused on human potential and the pursuit of meaning, serving clients in consulting, digital transformation, and technology sectors.

She joined Grant Alexander in October 2025 as Associate Director of the Digital & Technology division
