Geneva, April 15, 2025 – One year after the merger between futura21 and Grant Alexander, both key players in HR consulting for organizations, and as part of the group’s development strategy in Switzerland, the governance of Grant Alexander Switzerland and its subsidiary futura21 is evolving.

Chantal Marino Appointed Senior Advisor & Consultant



Chantal Marino, Founder and CEO of futura21 since 2012, continues her commitment within Grant Alexander Switzerland as Senior Advisor & Consultant.
With recognized expertise in executive coaching and organizational development, she will play a mentoring role by supporting the new leadership team’s growth and actively assisting consultants and coaches in developing their professional practice. Her engagement will contribute fully to the successful integration into the Grant Alexander group and to its growth in Switzerland.

Romain Buob Named CEO of Grant Alexander Switzerland



With over 20 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and consulting, Romain Buob has collaborated with Chantal Marino since futura21’s inception. He played a key role in structuring the company and developing its offerings. His appointment reflects Grant Alexander’s commitment to continuity while pursuing ambitious growth in Switzerland and internationally.
In his new role, Romain Buob will oversee all group activities in Switzerland, strengthening presence in French-speaking regions and driving growth in the German-speaking regions. He will also coordinate the Executive Search, Leadership Development, and Executive Interim divisions and represent Switzerland within the InterSearch international network, aiming to strengthen synergies and expand international projects.
