Grant Alexander Group records a 13% growth in turnover in 2023

An acquisition in Switzerland and the rise of the leadership development activity for 2024

Paris, February 8, 2024 – Partner of organizational and leadership performance, the independent French group Grant Alexander has been supporting companies for more than 30 years on all their issues of mobilization and skills development. Despite a downward context, the reference player in HR consulting and services continues its development and achieves its growth objective, with €26.5 million in turnover in 2023. To continue on this momentum and consolidate its position on the market, Grant Alexander also unveils its ambitious international roadmap with Switzerland in its sights, since the group announces the upcoming acquisition of a firm specialized in the development of leaders and organizations.

SUSTAINED GROWTH THANKS TO ITS OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

After a year 2022 boosted by the post-COVID recovery, 2023 was synonymous with a return to cruising speed. In this context, Grant Alexander, a reference in consulting and HR services, managed to maintain its growth and achieved a turnover of €26.5 million, up 13% compared with last year, fully in line with the objectives the group had set itself a year ago.

With an offering now structured around 4 areas of activity – Executive Search, Executive Interim, Leadership Development and Transformation Advisory – Grant Alexander thus consolidates its place as a key player in the market, and sees most of its activities progress.

In the headhunting activity, the appointment of Bruno Fadda as Chief Operating Officer and the implementation of the quality approach have also made it possible to improve processes and the client experience, resulting in very satisfactory recommendation scores (Net Promoter Score – NPS) (clients: 71, candidates: 31). The interim management activity has confirmed its expansion (+21%), with a team of nearly 20 people, which provides operational support to a growing number of large French and international groups in their transformation needs. The leadership development activity (coaching, assessment, outplacement) recorded one of the group’s strongest growths (+19%). This latter activity is one of the growth drivers on which Grant Alexander intends to rely more in 2024.

INTERNATIONAL AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, TWO STRATEGIC AXES FOR GRANT ALEXANDER

The group is about to acquire a Swiss firm specialized in supporting leadership development, present in several cities. With this external growth operation and staff increasing from 6 to 20 talents, the Leadership Development activity will take on new importance within Grant Alexander, which will thus extend its presence to Switzerland to also develop, in time, its other activities there.

The international axis thus remains a priority pillar of the group’s growth strategy. Two years after joining InterSearch, the global network of headhunting and HR consulting players, Grant Alexander now plays a key role there, since it provides – on its own – more than 10% of the support assignments managed by the network.

Thanks to these two levers, the group sets itself the objective for this year of reaching a turnover of €30 million.

“After the ‘euphoria’ of the economic recovery, we can be proud to have maintained our growth in a globally declining context in 2023. To continue this dynamic, we intend to go further, conquering new territories, both geographic and sectoral. To do this, we continue to carry out our digital transformation and to work on the quality of our support, to maintain our operational excellence across all our businesses,” comments Henri Vidalinc, President of Grant Alexander.
