Grant Alexander strengthens its Executive Interim teams with the appointment of Coline Philippon and its Digital & Technology practice in Executive Search with Aloïs Leleu

Paris, December 7, 2023 – Grant Alexander, a multi-specialist group in consulting and HR services, announces the arrival of two new collaborators: Coline Philippon, who joins the Executive Interim activity as Associate Director, and Aloïs Leleu, as Executive Search Consultant within the “Digital & Technology” practice.

Coline Philippon begins her professional career as Sales Manager within Adecco Group in France and abroad. Three years later, she joins the interim management firm Delville as Recruitment Manager.

She subsequently joins Néosoft (formerly SOAT), a player in digital transformation consulting, as a Business Engineer, before returning to the Executive Interim world as Senior Business Partner at Procradres International over the past three years.

She now strengthens the group’s Executive Interim teams led by Alban Azzopardi.
Coline holds a Master’s degree in “International Business and Economic Strategy” from IESEG School of Management.

Aloïs Leleu begins his professional path as a Consultant in digital transformation. Two years later, he completes his studies at the London School of Economics and then joins Heidrick & Struggles as Analyst within the Global Technology Services practice.

Since the start of the academic year, Aloïs has held the position of Executive Search Consultant within the Grant Alexander Digital & Technology entity, under the direction of Christophe de Bueil.

Aloïs holds a Master’s degree in Media and Telecommunications Governance, as well as a double Bachelor’s degree in European Politics from Sciences Po Paris and King’s College London.
