Grant Alexander Appoints Lilia Le Mao as Executive Search Consultant

Paris, May 9, 2023 – Lilia Le Mao joins the Nantes office of the human resources consulting group Grant Alexander as a Consultant for the Executive Search division.

Lilia Le Mao began her professional career as a Research Officer at Antenor, a recruitment firm specializing in the healthcare and life sciences market. In 2010, she joined Pharmelis as a Recruitment Consultant and continued to develop her expertise in sector-specific challenges. Between 2017 and 2021, she held the positions of Senior Consultant and then Life Science Recruitment Expert at Experis France (Manpower Group).

She later joined the firm Indside in Nantes, in a newly created role, to build and develop the business unit for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and agri-food industries.

Since the establishment of Grant Alexander in Nantes, Lilia will leverage her 15 years of recruitment experience to serve the group’s executive search activities, supporting companies across all sectors in identifying top talent and assisting executives in pursuing new professional challenges. Lilia also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (HR specialization) from the University of Versailles – St-Quentin, obtained in 2006.
