Grant Alexander Achieves 37% Revenue Growth in 2022

Continued growth across all activities and strong international ambitions

Paris, February 2, 2023 – Grant Alexander, the independent French group and partner for organizational and leadership performance, has supported companies for over 30 years across all talent development and engagement challenges. Following a dynamic 2022, the group recorded revenue of €23.5 million, a 37% increase compared to 2021. Looking ahead, Grant Alexander aims to reach €27 million in 2023.

Solid growth driven by a diversified and differentiated offering
In a competitive talent market where recruitment remains challenging, Grant Alexander continues to perform, thanks to its four core services: Executive Search, Executive Interim (interim management), Leadership Development, and HR & Organization Transformation. Each division experienced growth in 2022, with interim management seeing a revenue increase of over 50%. Key talent acquisitions fueling this growth include Catherine Tetart (ex-Veolia), Emmanuelle Bahuaud (ex-Intersport, Système U), Philippe Gauthier (ex-Alixio), and Patrycja Mothon (ex-Yves Rocher, Pandora).
In autumn 2022, the group launched a new subsidiary, Grant Alexander Digital & Technology, designed to address recruitment needs in the tech ecosystem, from startups and scale-ups to established companies undergoing digital transformation. Christophe de Bueil (ex-Heidrick & Struggles) was appointed CEO of this strategic entity.
Additionally, the integration of Intersearch, a leading international executive search network, allowed Grant Alexander to extend its expertise globally, supporting clients in Europe, Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Oceania.

Strategic priorities for 2023: international expansion and top-executive excellence
The group aims to achieve €27 million in revenue in 2023, focusing on two main axes: expanding internationally and strengthening its top-executive positioning. With an existing office in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, Grant Alexander plans to establish a presence in the Indian Ocean region, including Réunion, Mauritius, and Madagascar. The group also intends to enhance its executive search processes, supporting both clients and candidates in line with its high-end positioning.
“Despite a complex and uncertain economic environment, companies and HR leaders are increasingly open to innovative solutions. Grant Alexander plays a crucial role in supporting their transformation. Our continued double-digit growth demonstrates that we are a key and lasting partner for organizations and their leaders,” says Henri Vidalinc, President of Grant Alexander.
