Grant Alexander appoints Patrycja Mothon as Associate Director at Grant Alexander Digital & Technology

Paris, January 11, 2023 – Grant Alexander, a multi-specialist consulting and HR services group, appoints Patrycja Mothon as Associate Director within its subsidiary Grant Alexander Digital & Technology. This new entity, led by Christophe de Bueil, aims to address recruitment needs within this ecosystem.

Patrycja worked for 12 years in marketing and digital roles within large groups such as Pandora, Total, and Yves Rocher before joining in 2018 the consulting and digital strategy recruitment firm Ametix to launch the recruitment division for middle and top management profiles in digital, marketing, and IT.

In 2019, she embarked on entrepreneurship by creating her own company, New Elites Recruitment, specializing in permanent recruitment or interim management of digital, marketing, IT, and data profiles at middle and top management levels.

As Associate Director of Grant Alexander Digital & Technology, Patrycja will leverage her in-depth knowledge of the Digital world and its challenges to advise organizations in this ecosystem in their search for middle-top and top-executive profiles.

She holds a Master’s degree (M1) in Corporate Communication from the Sorbonne Nouvelle University and a Master’s degree (M2) in Management and Business Strategy from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce Européen.
