Grant Alexander – Executive Search Strengthens in the Consumer Goods & Retail Sectors with the Appointment of Emmanuelle Bahuaud as Deputy Director of the Distribution & Media Practice

Paris, December 8, 2022 – Emmanuelle Bahuaud joins the Executive Search activity of Grant Alexander, the human resources consulting group and partner in the performance of organizations and their executives, as Deputy Director of the Distribution & Media practice to develop the Consumer Goods & Retail markets.

Grant Alexander appoints Emmanuelle Bahuaud Deputy Director of the Distribution & Media practice, led since 2016 by Anne-Marie Deblonde, to support the sustained development of its headhunting activity in the consumer goods and retail sectors.

With more than 25 years of experience, Emmanuelle has held positions within large groups in management roles covering the sales, marketing, and purchasing chains, where she faced challenges of digital transformation and change management. After initial experiences in the food and large-scale distribution sectors, she joined Système U in 2009 to lead the client division as Marketing Director for Client and Commercial Communication. In 2015, she was appointed Marketing and Commercial Director at Intersport, then in 2018 took on the general marketing and digital management of the brands Monceau Fleurs, Au nom de la Rose, and Bloom’s. In 2020, she was appointed General Director of Wholesale and Retail for the brands Fashion Teddy Smith, School Rag, and Blue Box stores, then supported start-ups in the sports sector, Basile Boli Academy and Footbar, before joining us.

A keen marathon runner and former high-level athletics athlete, Emmanuelle has notably participated in several charity races, including the Sénégazelles, which work for children in Senegal.
