Grant Alexander Partners with the CFO of the Year Trophy and Young Financial Talent Award

A major event for corporate finance professionals, the CFO of the Year Trophy and the Young Financial Talent Award, organized by the DFCG, highlight a function facing numerous challenges and increasingly involved in corporate transformation. These awards recognize men and women decision-makers for their outstanding career achievements.

Every year, a jury of finance and management professionals selects candidates, with particular attention to the quality of their career paths and their contribution to their company’s economic success. The jury’s criteria focus on both financial performance and managerial skills.

As a new partner for the 2020 edition, Grant Alexander carried out the sourcing, qualification, and support of candidates. Marie Paillard, Partner at Grant Alexander – Executive Interim, and Grégoire Beaurain, Director of the Finance Practice at Grant Alexander – Executive Search, both specialists in financial leadership roles, managed the identification and pre-selection of candidates. They also oversaw the preparation of the dossiers presented to the jury and supported nominees for their interviews.

This year, the ceremony was held 100% digitally on December 16th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
