The lockdown forced many of us to change our habits, both professionally and personally. But what remains today?
What role does remote work play in the “New Normal”? What is its impact on teams and companies in the automotive sector? What organizational transformations are needed to successfully manage and engage teams in this new context?
Following an initial survey conducted this summer on the re-engagement of teams post-lockdown in the automotive sector, we conducted a new study, this time with over 250 managers who shared their experience of the “New Normal” and provided insights on the transformation and management challenges for organizations and leaders.
The results were presented during our Webin’RH Auto #2, a webinar hosted by Florence Lagarde, President and Editor-in-Chief of AutoActu.com, with analyses by Christophe Muyllaert, Director of the Automotive Practice and Senior Consultant at Grant Alexander, and Jean-Philippe Théry, Consultant in Customer Studies & Market Intelligence.
