Grant Alexander Executive Interim welcomes two new specialized consultants and a digital transformation expert to support the growth of its activity. Since the creation of the Executive Interim department in 2016, figures for Transition Management have been growing strongly, and Grant Alexander expects this activity to double for the 2017–2018 fiscal year.
Frédéric Ledien joined the Paris office at the end of 2017. A key contact for SMEs and investment funds, he brings his extensive HR expertise gained over many years as a Human Resources Director across various sectors including healthcare, industry, and services. He notably served as an Interim HR Director for three years, revealing his affinity for Executive Interim. Frédéric specializes in transformation challenges and is familiar with international environments.

Rémy Longo strengthens the teams in the Rhône-Alpes region. With experience in various national associations in the social sector, he brings an additional sectoral expertise to Grant Alexander Executive Interim: the social and solidarity economy. Based in Lyon, he will also focus on developing Transition Management activity across the Southeast region. Having led several large-scale social innovation projects as General Delegate of Local Missions in the Rhône-Alpes region, Rémy is experienced in strategy and change management.
The Grant Alexander Executive Interim teams also benefit from the expertise of Mamy Ravelojaona, who joined Grant Alexander in 2017 as a consultant and digital transformation expert. He works across client companies in the firm’s various practices, notably in Consulting and Executive Interim. An engineer by training, Mamy has built a career as a product and service developer in the Internet, Mobile, and Telecoms sectors. He has long been interested in digital transformation issues and brings this expertise to companies undergoing transitions.
