The Recruitment Market Remains Optimistic!

The recruitment market continues the growth regained in 2016.
According to the latest figures from the Syntec barometer, the first three months of 2017 show a cumulative increase of +13.2% compared with the same period in 2016.

Recruitment firm leaders—key partners in executive employment across all sectors of the French economy—are highly positive about these results: the satisfaction index stands at 147, compared with a base index of 100 established in April 2011.

A slight caveat: the confidence index for the next three months reflects post-election uncertainty, coming in at 68 compared with the baseline.

The professional association Syntec Conseil en Recrutement publishes a monthly barometer of its members’ revenue, serving as a leading indicator of executive employment in France.
