Nadine Guyony-Orsor

With a degree in Human Resources Management, Nadine built her career in major French and American companies, first in Paris and then in Geneva. With 15 years of corporate HR experience, she redirected her path to focus on recruitment and outplacement consulting.
Passionate about human development, she trained as a professional coach and now supports executives and leaders in developing their leadership, asserting their managerial style, and achieving professional goals.
Since 2019, Nadine has been part of the Futura21 team. She supports career transitions, conducts assessments and career reviews, leads training sessions, and coaches managers in complex and transforming environments.
