Our training courses

For a transformation project to be successful, executives and employees alike must achieve two strategic goals: acquire new skills and change behaviours.

We have designed our training courses to help you reach both these targets. At Grant Alexander, we train nearly 400 leaders, executives and managers in Europe and Africa each year. Sometimes we recommend training following a diagnostic assessment; other times clients identify their own needs and then reach out.

We offer two different types of transformation support trainings: one- or two-day strategic seminars and half-day hands-on workshops.
