With a Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources and Services from ESC Clermont-Ferrand, Léa started her recruitment career within an international firm before joining Grant Alexander in 2011 as sourcing manager for the Lyon office. In 2022, she became Quality and CSR Manager / DPO for the Grant Alexander Group.
