Sophie has a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration from the IAE in Lyon. She started her career in recruitment in Lyon, working for an international search firm, and then joined a consulting firm a few years later. Sophie has worked on the search for executive profiles, experts and managers for various organisations.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2021 as a Research Manager in the Digital & Technology practice.
