A graduate of AUDENCIA and holder of a Master’s degree in Clinical Sociology and Psychosociology from Paris VII, Elsa has been supporting talent development within organizations undergoing transformation for over 20 years. She leads projects focused on skills assessment, leadership (assessment, 360°, managerial and behavioral benchmarks) and talent development (training programs, coaching for managers and executives).
Her approach is informed by a strong entrepreneurial and business culture, as well as several disciplines in the humanities that support individual and collective performance. She works in both French and English.
The DFSSU in Coaching from Paris VIII, obtained in 2021, allowed her to work in depth on the issue of female leadership and to investigate the levers that coaching and mentoring represent in the careers of several women leaders.
She joined Grant Alexander’s Leadership Development Division in 2021 as a Senior Consultant and works on coaching, assessment, and career management for senior executives. She is also involved in rolling out the Athlete Thinking methodology across the group’s various business lines.
As a volunteer, she also provides solidarity coaching to refugees and members of associations.
