Operating under the “BOOST x Grant Alexander” banner, the alliance gives sports organisations a single point of access to specialised leadership recruitment, combining sector expertise, international reach and local presence in Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg and Zurich.

Switzerland: a global sporting hub with distinctive needs

The rationale lies in the market itself. Switzerland is a global sporting hub, home to some 50 international sports federations and organisations, alongside a dense ecosystem of rightsholders, brands and agencies.
