There, she developed a comprehensive approach covering all functions, including general management, sales and marketing, as well as medical expertise, R&amp;D and regulatory affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>In 2021, she joined Morgan Philips Group as Life Sciences Director in Geneva, and was appointed Managing Director Switzerland in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Anne-Sophie Nicola\u00ef holds a Master\u2019s degree in Law (University of Rennes) and a Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources (ISG Business School).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Greater proximity to clients<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Based in Geneva, Anne-Sophie Nicola\u00ef will operate across the entire Swiss territory, working closely with Grant Alexander Group teams to address the increasingly complex challenges faced by organisations and their needs in recruiting executives, experts and rare profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Commenting on her appointment, Anne-Sophie Nicola\u00ef said: \u201cSwitzerland, and particularly the German-speaking region, presents unique challenges in terms of business and human capital.
