She will support Grant Alexander\u2019s growth and the consolidation of its multi-specialist model, both in France and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Before joining the group, she held the position of Administrative Director at the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise d\u2019\u00c9ducation Physique et de Gymnastique Volontaire (FFEPGV) since 2024, where she contributed to strengthening its financial, HR, and organizational structure. From 2016 to 2024, she held strategic roles at Lincoln, an international HR consulting firm\u2014first as Administrative and Financial Manager for France, then as Global Chief Administrative and Financial Officer. During her tenure, she led major digitalization and automation projects, took part in two fundraising rounds, and oversaw the integration of several companies as part of external growth operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Caroline holds a Master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Control, and Auditing (IAE Gustave-Eiffel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cWe are delighted to welcome Caroline to our team.
