With over <strong>30 years of experience in the industrial sector<\/strong>, Emmanuel will help consolidate the group\u2019s leading position in this market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"198\" height=\"198\" src=\"https:\/\/www.grantalexander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/E_Gatille_RS_2-600x600.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br><br>Emmanuel Gatille began his career at <strong>Renault<\/strong> in 1992, holding key roles in engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing in France and internationally over 18 years, before joining the CEO Office to develop synergies with <strong>Nissan<\/strong>. In 2010, he joined <strong>Naval Group (formerly DCNS)<\/strong>, Europe\u2019s leading defense naval company, where he established the <strong>Operational Excellence Department<\/strong> and led the group\u2019s transformation program. Three years later, he became Head of Purchasing. In 2017, he joined <strong>CMA CGM<\/strong>, a global leader in maritime transport, as Purchasing Director, and in 2024 was appointed <strong>Group Mediator<\/strong> as part of the achievement of the <strong>\u201cResponsible Supplier &amp; Purchasing Relations\u201d<\/strong> label.<br>In 2025, Emmanuel embarked on an entrepreneurial venture by founding <strong>EffiGain<\/strong>, a company specializing in procurement performance improvement. He now joins <strong>Grant Alexander<\/strong>, working with Alban Azzopardi as <strong>Associate Director<\/strong> within the Transition Management activity, supporting the group\u2019s growth strategy in the industrial sector, particularly in <strong>purchasing operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>An <strong>engineer specializing in engines<\/strong>, Emmanuel graduated from <strong>IFP School (ENSPM)<\/strong> and holds a <strong>DEA in Combustion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cWe are delighted to welcome Emmanuel to our team.
