He notably spent <strong>four years at futura21<\/strong>, working on executive coaching, assessment, and outplacement projects.<br>In his new role, he will <strong>drive the growth of the Leadership Development business line<\/strong>, working closely with other divisions of Grant Alexander Switzerland. He will play a key role in enhancing this strategic offering to support the transformation of organizations and their leaders across both French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.<br>Ivan Reusse holds a <strong>Master\u2019s degree in Management, Economics, and Public &amp; Private Policy Analysis<\/strong> from the University of Geneva, as well as a <strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psycho-Sociology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"208\" height=\"278\" src=\"https:\/\/www.grantalexander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Ivan-fond-blanc-449x600.png\" alt=\"\"><br>\u201cThis new chapter at Grant Alexander Switzerland is an opportunity for me to combine two areas of expertise: international business management and strategic consulting, with the perspective of a consultant, in a challenging and stimulating environment.
