SUSTAINED GROWTH THANKS TO ITS OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n After a year 2022 boosted by the post-COVID recovery, 2023 was synonymous with a return to cruising speed. In this context, Grant Alexander, a reference in consulting and HR services, managed to maintain its growth and achieved a turnover of \u20ac26.5 million, up 13% compared with last year, fully in line with the objectives the group had set itself a year ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With an offering now structured around 4 areas of activity \u2013 Executive Search, Executive Interim, Leadership Development and Transformation Advisory \u2013 Grant Alexander thus consolidates its place as a key player in the market, and sees most of its activities progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the headhunting activity, the appointment of Bruno Fadda as Chief Operating Officer and the implementation of the quality approach have also made it possible to improve processes and the client experience, resulting in very satisfactory recommendation scores (Net Promoter Score \u2013 NPS) (clients: 71, candidates: 31). The interim management activity has confirmed its expansion (+21%), with a team of nearly 20 people, which provides operational support to a growing number of large French and international groups in their transformation needs. The leadership development activity (coaching, assessment, outplacement) recorded one of the group\u2019s strongest growths (+19%). This latter activity is one of the growth drivers on which Grant Alexander intends to rely more in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n INTERNATIONAL AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, TWO STRATEGIC AXES FOR GRANT ALEXANDER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The group is about to acquire a Swiss firm specialized in supporting leadership development, present in several cities. With this external growth operation and staff increasing from 6 to 20 talents, the Leadership Development activity will take on new importance within Grant Alexander, which will thus extend its presence to Switzerland to also develop, in time, its other activities there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The international axis thus remains a priority pillar of the group\u2019s growth strategy.
