Several measures could make it possible to facilitate the retention or recruitment of seniors<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lack of support for these senior employees could be filled by different measures which find a favorable echo among recruiters: training sessions to update their knowledge (80%) or so that they acquire other professional skills (77%) and support on health and well-being aspects (80%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other changes aimed at facilitating the transition of senior employees towards retirement are also well evaluated. 79% of recruiters consider effective the implementation of part-time so that older employees gradually go towards retirement, and 77% see positively the implementation of HR tools to help them at the time of their retirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
