It now makes available to the members of Tenerrdis its expertise in recruitment and executive development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Established for 30 years in the Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes region, the Grant Alexander group forms an exclusive partnership with Tenerrdis, a competitiveness cluster dedicated to the energy transition. Created in 2005, the latter supports several hundred organizations, startups, mid-sized companies, and large groups in deploying their decarbonization strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a strong regional presence, Grant Alexander achieved a turnover of 3 million euros in 2022 and relies on around ten employees. Thanks to its three decades of presence within the local economic fabric, the consulting and HR services group has a deep understanding of HR challenges specific to the industrial sector, particularly in accelerating its energy transition.
