This new entity, led by Christophe de Bueil, aims to address recruitment needs within this ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patrycja worked for 12 years in marketing and digital roles within large groups such as Pandora, Total, and Yves Rocher before joining in 2018 the consulting and digital strategy recruitment firm Ametix to launch the recruitment division for middle and top management profiles in digital, marketing, and IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2019, she embarked on entrepreneurship by creating her own company, New Elites Recruitment, specializing in permanent recruitment or interim management of digital, marketing, IT, and data profiles at middle and top management levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Associate Director of Grant Alexander Digital &amp; Technology, Patrycja will leverage her in-depth knowledge of the Digital world and its challenges to advise organizations in this ecosystem in their search for middle-top and top-executive profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She holds a Master\u2019s degree (M1) in Corporate Communication from the Sorbonne Nouvelle University and a Master\u2019s degree (M2) in Management and Business Strategy from the Institut Sup\u00e9rieur de Commerce Europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Grant Alexander:<\/strong> For over 30 years, Grant Alexander has been the partner of organizational performance and their leaders, supporting them globally in all their needs for management and competency development, with always a tailor-made response.
