After developing and structuring high-profile brands in France and internationally, he carried out several interim management assignments between 2016 and 2018 within various management committees for fashion and e-commerce players, and then joined an interim management company (EMT) as Associate Director. His experience in strategic and operational functions in various sectors has given him a thorough understanding of the issues and problems of his clients, whom he assists in the context of transformation\/structuring and crisis management. His varied career within the Renault Group, in the management of operational entities and support functions, both in France and internationally, as Marketing Director at Renault SA and General Manager at Renault Retail Group, has given him a thorough understanding of the various aspects of the automotive trade. In the second part of his career, he joined private distributors representing Renault and then PSA to assist them in their development.
