After starting out as a consultant with Robert Half and Robert Walters, he became Managing Director and Partner at MPI Executive, where he spearheaded the development of leadership assignments in France.<br>Following the creation of his own executive recruitment firm focused on industrial clients and several years living in Italy, he is now joining Grant Alexander in Paris to support the strong growth of the group\u2019s <strong>Executive Interim<\/strong> practice.<br><br><strong>Karine Chommeloux<\/strong><br>Karine Chommeloux holds a Master\u2019s degree in Labor Law and HR from Paris Nanterre University. She has served as an HR Business Partner in industry and services, notably with Steelcase, Axians, and Iron Mountain, and more recently in HR software with Talentia, where she worked as an Interim HR Director.<br>With extensive experience in international matrix organizations, she has proven expertise in managing complex organizational change. Strongly business-development oriented and committed to supporting managers, she joins the <strong>Business Development<\/strong> team within Grant Alexander\u2019s Interim Management practice.<br><br>A Growing Market for Interim Leadership<br>\u201cThe role of interim managers has been critical since the onset of the pandemic, and demand is surging due to transformation projects and labor market pressures.
