Paris, January 20, 2022 – Partner in the performance of organizations and their leaders, the independent French group Grant Alexander has been supporting companies for more than 30 years with all their needs in mobilization and skills development through tailor-made HR consulting and services.
After the announcement of its 2021 results showing strong growth, Grant Alexander receives the Lucie 26000 certification.
Established in France in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes and Toulouse, in C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire in Abidjan, and internationally through a network of leading partners, this multi-specialist group operates in all sectors of activity and across all functions (executives \/ experts \/ rare profiles).

AN AMBITION SUPPORTED BY A CSR APPROACH<\/strong>
Alongside 19% growth in 2021, Grant Alexander announces its Lucie 26000 certification for two of its activities: executive search and leadership development. As the benchmark CSR label in France, aligned with the international social responsibility standard (CSR), ISO 26000, this distinction demonstrates Grant Alexander\u2019s commitment to a genuine approach of respecting all its stakeholders (clients, employees, suppliers, partners\u2026) in line with the principles of sustainable development. Grant Alexander is the first French organization in the HR consulting and services sector for top management (executives and senior managers) to receive this certification.

AN APPOINTMENT TO ENSURE ITS FULL DEVELOPMENT<\/strong>
To drive this strong commitment to CSR and ensure its proper development within all its activities in France, Grant Alexander appoints L\u00e9a SUAREZ-BAYLAC, Quality \/ CSR Manager and DPO. Holder of a Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from ESC Clermont-Ferrand, L\u00e9a SUAREZ-BAYLAC began her career in recruitment within an international executive search firm before joining Grant Alexander in September 2011 as a Research Associate in the Lyon office.
With her knowledge of the group, its activities, and its values, she will be the transversal contact person, in a key role in the group\u2019s development, to implement the 3-year progress plan on which Grant Alexander is committed in terms of CSR, and more broadly to oversee its quality and continuous improvement approach with all its stakeholders.
