Today, 94% of them, including 71% for whom it is a priority, wish to engage more proactively with employees (vs. 91% and 65% nationally). They are also 87% wanting to highlight positive achievements such as victories, successes, and collective performance, with 66% considering it a priority (vs. 89% and 61% for all executives). Additionally, 93% want to encourage more initiative-taking\u201472% considering it a priority (vs. 91% and 68%).<br>North-West executives, whose morale appears unaffected, thus demonstrate a particularly positive and caring attitude toward their employees. In this context, HR focus areas align closely with their resolutions:<br>68% want to pay special attention to team cohesion (vs. 59% overall);<br>48% intend to prioritize employee recognition through raises or promotions (vs. 42%);<br>26% consider attracting new talent a priority (vs. 21%).<br>Unsurprisingly, the priorities for the coming months for North-West executives are to lead employees\u2014both long-standing and recently hired\u2014toward shared, positive objectives: their first goal is to drive a positive dynamic (48% vs. 42%), even ahead of maintaining business activity (46% vs. 50%) or recreating social connections (42% vs. 44%). To achieve this and feel more confident daily, they primarily need to regularly take a step back to make the right decisions (49% vs. 58% nationally). They also stand out for their need for guidance on operational management, which seems more lacking than for other executives (27% vs. 23% nationwide).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>EMPLOYEES<\/strong><br>North-West employees are slightly less critical of their executives than employees nationally. 69% believe their leaders have maintained connections among employees (vs. 65% nationally) and 61% that they have considered personal issues (vs. 57% nationally). Also noted:<br>73% are satisfied with their executives\u2019 crisis management (71% nationally)<br>63% approach the coming months positively (61% nationally)<br>Less critical but still expectant, North-West employees are not less in need of a salary increase: 56% report needing one compared with 49% nationally.<br>Do you want to receive the survey summary?
