Grant Alexander has been ranked \u201cExcellent\u201d with 5 stars
in the Les Echos<\/em> ranking of top recruitment firms
in the categories \u201cexecutive search\u201d & \u201cmanager and specialist recruitment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is in a particular context\u2014emerging from the pandemic, with a recruitment landscape in full transformation and players needing to rethink and deeply adapt their practices\u2014that Les Echos<\/em>, in partnership with Statista, published the 2022 ranking of the 250 best recruitment firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the fifth consecutive year, Grant Alexander has received 5 stars in the ranking, with an \u201cexcellent\u201d score, well above the average in two categories: \u201cexecutive search\u201d & \u201cmanager and specialist recruitment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methodology:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lists of top firms are based on an online survey conducted among clients, candidates (approached by firms), as well as consultants and employees of recruitment firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The survey was conducted between April 26 and June 4, 2021. In total, around 6,700 people participated. Participants were invited via the LesEchos.fr website. It was also possible to register for the survey via the Statista homepage (fr.statista.com\/page\/cabinets-recrutement). In addition, recruitment firm employees were invited by email. Finally, an online panel of all recruitment stakeholders was used to complement the survey. The sectors presented represent an editorial selection and do not claim to be exhaustive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top Recruitment Firms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies were rated by clients and candidates. Participants evaluated the quality of services, communication, value for money, speed of mission execution, as well as the quality and selection of candidates or jobs offered by the firms. The most recommended companies, which received scores above the average in the evaluations, qualified for the ranking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to client evaluations, the total score [1-100] includes the company\u2019s brand awareness among existing and potential clients, clients\u2019 personal experience, and recommendations from recruitment firms. Furthermore, evaluations from the previous year\u2019s survey were included with a small weighting to reflect a company\u2019s consistently high reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies in the ranking are divided into two groups: firms with a very good score \u201c\u2605\u2605\u2605\u2605,\u201d meaning above average, and firms with an excellent score \u201c\u2605\u2605\u2605\u2605\u2605,\u201d meaning well above average.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
