These awards recognize men and women decision-makers for their outstanding career achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year, a jury of finance and management professionals selects candidates, with particular attention to the quality of their career paths and their contribution to their company\u2019s economic success. The jury\u2019s criteria focus on both financial performance and managerial skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a new partner for the 2020 edition, <strong>Grant Alexander<\/strong> carried out the sourcing, qualification, and support of candidates. <strong>Marie Paillard<\/strong>, Partner at Grant Alexander \u2013 Executive Interim, and <strong>Gr\u00e9goire Beaurain<\/strong>, Director of the Finance Practice at Grant Alexander \u2013 Executive Search, both specialists in financial leadership roles, managed the identification and pre-selection of candidates.
