Leaders in personality assessment with over 30 years of experience, Hogan Assessments provide real added value to executive search firms. This is why Grant Alexander decided to certify its consultants with the Hogan Advanced (Level 2)<\/strong> certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This certification enables better selection, evaluation, and development of employees and their teams. It is a preferred tool that helps companies improve performance, particularly in areas such as collective intelligence development, change management, individual coaching, team coaching, stress management, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The use of Hogan assessment solutions is deeply embedded in the firm\u2019s multidisciplinary approach and practices. Across all client engagement contexts\u2014from assessment to executive search, and including coaching\u2014consultants have become experts in this major and powerful tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To better support companies and candidates and offer them a unique experience, the consultants took advantage of the lockdown period to refine their mastery of the different Hogan solutions.
