The decision to join forces with this powerful network was based on multiple factors which were essential to the group\u2019s decision: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">It has existed for more than 30 years. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">It has widespread geographic coverage.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">It works with local partners of the highest quality, who are experts in their fields and their markets and who share the same quality standards. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Its members are united by shared values and are committed to CSR (corporate social responsibility). <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Lastly, it is a source of innovation and enrichment of members\u2019 practices. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">This alliance is an integral part of the group\u2019s international development strategy which it launched in March 2021 with the opening of its first African office, in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, to cover the continent\u2019s French-speaking countries.
