In the early 2000s, Pier Gauthier, former professional tennis player, and Jean-Marc Sabatier, executive coach, created the Athlete Thinking\u00ae method. They identified eight key mental dimensions to unlock peak performance \u2013 the A.C.C.E.D.E.R. method.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

By 2015, Grant Alexander recognised the powerful parallels between the mindset of top athletes and that of business leaders, and joined forces with the method\u2019s creators to add a ninth dimension: the team factor.
