At Grant Alexander, we do our part for the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In line with our CSR policy and the standards of our assessment by Ecovadis, we are working on changing habits by rolling out initiatives to raise awareness about the stakes of climate change among employees \u2013 at our Parisian headquarters and everywhere we operate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reusing waste<\/span><\/h3>\n

In Lyon, for example, we actively work to protect the environment by partnering with <\/span>Elise<\/span><\/a> to <\/span>recycle and reuse our waste (paper, cardboard, plastic, coffee grounds, and more). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This initiative also boosts social inclusion since most Elise employees have disabilities or were previously struggling to find employment. <\/span><\/p>\n

Elise has also developed a comprehensive training and support programme to boost its employees\u2019 skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Climate Fresk<\/h2>\n

We truly believe that we can effect significant change within our teams. Even though our business doesn\u2019t have a particularly big impact on the environment, every little bit counts.<\/span><\/p>\n

So in 2023, Grant Alexander employees participated in a Climate Fresk training which raised their awareness of environmental protection issues.<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n Change mentalities and encourage employees to adopt positive habits.

\r\nHelp participants to better understand how the climate works and how our habits impact it. A collective intelligence workshop invited employees to explore how each of them could help reduce climate change, both as individuals and as economic actors.

\r\nCollect employee suggestions for future initiatives.

\n The digital era comes with its own carbon footprint, so Grant Alexander also educates employees about the simple changes they can make to reduce it. The group also encourages teams to cull unneeded data.
