It fosters communication between members and oversees the development of the sector\u2019s different professions. In 2007, we signed a list of \u201cdiscrimination-free recruitment\u201d principles initiated by France\u2019s anti-discrimination authority (HALDE at the time; now D\u00e9fenseur des Droits). It also ensures that recruitment processes respect candidates\u2019 fundamental rights and aims to spread best practices throughout the sector, primarily via the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Responsible Recruitment Charter<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, awareness-raising campaigns on the impact of new digital tools, and the promotion of diversity. Its <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coaching Charter<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> guarantees ethical coaching practices. It aims to cultivate transparency in the sector, in particular by rolling out an accreditation programme for coaches to ensure candidates have the necessary hard and soft skills to become professional coaches. The commission is also lobbying France Comp\u00e9tences to officially recognise coaching as a profession by updating the National Register of Professional Certifications (RNCP).
